Untold Games announced that their post-apocalyptic sandbox, City 20, will enter Early Access on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on September 23rd.
A newly released trailer sets the scene, painting a picture of a dystopian city struggling to survive.
As a citizen of this city, you’ll face harsh conditions, grapple with moral dilemmas, and navigate the complex dynamics of organized factions. Your choices will ripple throughout the city’s interconnected systems, shaping its future unpredictably.
The developer promises that No two playthroughs will ever be the same.
In Early Access, you’ll taste City 20’s depth with around 10 hours of content. Explore the city, meet its inhabitants, and venture into the surrounding ecosystem, where animal behavior reacts to your presence.
Secure and upgrade your shelter, tapping into the city’s resources to create a self-sufficient haven.
Two factions control different parts of the city, each with its unique technology and items. Build your reputation with them to gain access to their valuable gear, or resort to sabotage if you’re feeling daring.
Early Access is just the beginning for City 20. Untold Games is committed to listening to player feedback and shaping the game’s future alongside the community.
More content, features, and factions are on the horizon, and the Early Access roadmap will be revealed in the coming weeks.
Players can wishlist the game on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
